The course is entirely self-paced. There are no deadlines and no scheduled sessions, other than the bi-weekly group coaching calls and they are recording for viewing later. Most couples work through it over 6–8 weeks, completing a module or two per week alongside their actual planning. You have two year access, so you can revisit any module whenever you need it.

The course is designed to be useful at any stage. If you've already booked your venue and/or a few vendors, start with the modules most relevant to where you are now. You'll still cover ground that fills gaps, clarifies decisions you've already made, and prepares you for everything ahead.

The base course includes all 8 modules with 40+ full video and written content, all downloadable templates and worksheets, the budget calculator, guest list tools, vendor checklists, vendor email templates, contract review guides, private community access and bi-weekly group coaching. Plus, you'll receive 20% off Day-Of Coordination for your wedding from the creator of this course and her team. Travel is not included. You also receive any future updates to the course at no additional cost.

The add-ons: Two 1:1 coaching calls, a personalized planning portal, and a budget and timeline review are optional enhancements for couples who want a more tailored experience. The base course is complete on its own. The add-ons are for couples who want direct, personalized feedback or a head start with pre-customized tools.
